Link your phone once
Connect your own number to the bot from Settings → Inbound → WhatsApp with a one-time code. After that, the assistant knows it is you.
Ask, or hand off a job
Text "what do I have tomorrow" or "when is George's next job" for a straight answer from the live schedule. Text "put George on Smith's Thursday transfer" and the bot assigns it with the same action the dashboard uses, so the driver gets notified as usual.
Fix it, or ask for help
Made a mistake right after the bot created a booking? Say so and it corrects it. Lost? Text "help" for the menu of everything the assistant can do.
