Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Odyrides, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Odyrides.
Service Description
Odyrides is a business-to-business (B2B) software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for taxi and transfer coordination. The service includes a web dashboard for dispatchers and hotel staff to manage bookings, and a mobile app for drivers to receive and manage transfer assignments. Odyrides facilitates coordination and scheduling between parties but does not directly provide transportation services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Odyrides. The platform is designed for business use by transportation companies, hotels, and their authorized personnel. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.
Account Registration and Security
You must register with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. We reserve the right to disable accounts that contain inaccurate information or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.
Subscription Plans
Odyrides offers three subscription tiers: Starter (free), Growth, and Premium. Paid plans are available with monthly or yearly billing cycles. All prices are in EUR. Each plan includes specific feature limits and transfer quotas as described on our pricing page. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through the platform.
Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. When you upgrade or downgrade your plan mid-cycle, charges are prorated accordingly. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. If a payment fails, your account may be placed in a restricted state until the outstanding balance is resolved.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Odyrides does not provide refunds under any circumstances. When you cancel your subscription, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period -- you retain access to paid features until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period. No exceptions are made to this policy. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Odyrides only for its intended purpose of coordinating transportation transfers. You must not: use the platform for any illegal activity; scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the platform; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure; resell or redistribute access to the platform without authorization; or violate any applicable transportation laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform, including transfer records, guest information, hotel details, and driver information. Odyrides acts as a data processor on your behalf and will not use your data for purposes other than providing and improving the service. You may export your data at any time through the platform. Upon account termination, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
Intellectual Property
The Odyrides platform, including its software, design, logos, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Odyrides. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose during your subscription period. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
Service Availability
Odyrides is provided on a best-effort basis. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odyrides is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or the service is limited to the total fees you have paid to Odyrides in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through the platform settings. We may terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, fail to resolve a payment issue after reasonable notice, or if we discontinue the service entirely. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it is permanently deleted.
Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend your access to the platform, in whole or in part, if: you violate these terms or our acceptable use policy; your account has an unresolved payment failure (your account will enter a frozen state); we detect activity that threatens the security or integrity of the platform; or we are required to do so by law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before or promptly after any suspension and to restore access once the issue is resolved.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and cancel your subscription.
