How do drivers receive transfer notifications?

The moment a dispatcher assigns a transfer, the driver gets an instant push notification in the Odyrides driver app (with the guest name, pickup time and place, destination, and any notes), alongside live status, the route timeline, and assignment history. Drivers sign in with just a phone number and a one-time code. On a paid plan you can also notify drivers by SMS or Viber.

Can hotels see the status of their transfer requests?

Yes. The moment a dispatcher assigns a driver, it shows on the hotel dashboard, so front-desk staff can see a car is on the way without calling the dispatcher or chasing the driver. Dispatchers also see each on-duty car's live position on a map.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

All major credit and debit cards through Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and local European cards. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in EUR, with annual plans saving roughly 58% versus monthly.

Is there a minimum contract period?

No. Every paid plan is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, then stops automatically. No plan ever locks you in.

Can I integrate Odyrides with my existing hotel software?

Not today. Odyrides runs as its own system: you and your hotels work from the web dashboard, and drivers use the mobile app, so there's nothing to wire into your existing software. Hotels submit transfer requests directly in Odyrides. If a PMS integration would matter for you, tell us so we can prioritize it.

How do I add multiple hotels to my account?

Open the dashboard, go to Hotels, and add each hotel with its name, address, and preset pricing. Each hotel keeps its own transfers, drivers, and staff. Plan limits apply: Free and Starter cover 1 hotel, Growth covers 4, and Premium covers 10.

Dispatchers reassign the transfer to another available driver in one click. The original driver is automatically unassigned, the new driver gets an instant notification with full details, and the hotel sees the status change in real time. No phone calls, no missed pickups.

Is my data secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Odyrides is GDPR-compliant, hosted on EU servers (Supabase Frankfurt), and encrypts all data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication runs through Clerk with secure session management. We never sell or share your data, and automated cleanup removes obsolete records on a defined schedule.
