Welcome to Odyrides

Why we built a dispatch platform for hotel transfers, and what it does on day one.

Welcome to Odyrides

A dispatcher's morning: the front desk calls about a 6am airport pickup. You grab a pen, scribble it on a sticky note, and call a driver. No answer. You call another. The first one calls back to confirm anyway. You can't remember which hotel it was for. The guest's flight slips an hour. The hotel calls again. Now do that thirty times a day, across five hotels.

That is the workflow Odyrides replaces.

What it does

Three roles, one shared screen.

Hotels submit a transfer request with the details that actually matter: guest name, pickup time, flight, destination, any special notes. No phone calls, nothing lost along the way.

Dispatchers see every incoming request in one queue, check who's free, and assign a driver in a tap. Multi-hotel from the start: one organization, many hotel clients, each with its own preset pricing and staff.

Drivers get an instant push notification the moment they're assigned, with everything they need already in it. The driver app lists today's pickups and the rest of the week, sorted by pickup time. They sign in with a phone number and a one-time code. No passwords, no app-store account. (WhatsApp messages, with an SMS fallback, on paid plans.)

That is the whole loop. Submit, assign, notify. No phone tag.

What it keeps track of

Every transfer carries the numbers a dispatcher actually runs on: preset pricing per hotel, earnings tracked per driver, live status, a full activity log, and reports you can export. The accounting stops living on paper.

What it is not (yet)

Odyrides is not a live GPS tracker, a payment processor, or a replacement for your hotel's booking system. We track what each driver is owed, we don't move the money. We handle the coordination loop, and we try to do that one job well rather than bolt on every adjacent feature.

Why now

Tourism keeps growing. Dispatcher teams don't. Most are still running dozens of transfers a day on phone calls and spreadsheets, and the moment you take on a third or fourth hotel client, that workflow starts to crack. Pickups get missed, earnings slip, hotels lose visibility, and drivers get pulled in three directions at once.

We built Odyrides because the usual alternative, buying a generic dispatch tool and bending it to fit hotel transfers, costs more, takes weeks to set up, and still doesn't handle multi-hotel scoping the way a working dispatcher needs.
